Youth Ministries

God intensely desires that the generations to come are raised to know His name. They will carry on God's glory into the future, and we believe we will see things come to pass we never have dreamed of.  If we fail to raise our young people in the way of the Lord, then hundreds, maybe thousands, may never hear the name of Christ.

The youth of Parkway Christian Center are committed to being empowered to change the world for Christ.  Sacred Youth meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:15 PM. The services are filled with live praise and worship, discipleship, and fellowship that creates an atmosphere that encourages a personal relationship with God and with one another. Sacred Youth also provides fun and exciting weekend events as Accelerant (formerly Fire & Ice), kayaking trips, and concerts that enhance spiritual growth among the youth.

 

Summer Camps are also provided through Redemption Ministries which is located in Prince George, VA.

Fire-Proof is the middle school ministry that provides a transition from our K.I.D.S. Church to our Sacred Youth ministry. The group meets on Sunday mornings from 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM for a time of discipleship and fellowship. Fire-Proof engages our middle schoolers through special events such as servant evangelism, lock-ins, and recreational day trips. The vision of Fire-Proof is to promote spiritual growth during these transition years.
